The person paying for the booking is the responsible party and assumes 100% liability upon entering the Sekrit Theater property and agrees to hold Sekrit Theater harmless for any reason including personal property damage, theft or personal injury. Street parking only. Return everything to original location before session is over. Sessions are limited to the exact start and stop time indicated on the booking. Setup and cleanup must be done during the booking time. No candles outside votives. No glitter. Trash must be picked up and taken out.
